You must give prior notice and we will arrange and have the child restraints fitted to the rental vehicle ready for your arrival. The Vehicle must remain within 250km of Surfers Paradise at all times or the contract is breached and all waivers are void. Premier Cars Rentals provide a 24 hour vehicle break down service complimentary for your piece of mind.

Booked van for important project a week ago. Turned up today to pick up and was told the vehicle I booked was not there and would not be there. No phone call, no apology, abusive language and rudeness from the terrible, TERRIBLE unprofessional staff. Never go near them under any circumstance. Read the many other similar reviews here and be warned.

Hired the Mazda CX-3 for 3 days. Great car to drive, has sat nav, bluetooth to phone, digital radio, voice commands, reversing camera, blindspot sensors in side mirrors, and good fuel economy. Really convenient to refuel the vehicle as Premier car rentals are located right in the Freedom service station. Staff were super friendly, Elly was great. Car was cheap too with 200kms/day included. Highly recommended, I will be back for sure.

If it were possible to give no stars I would. After making a booking and turning up to collect the vehicle I was told by the manager (Elly) on the phone that the car despite being booked nearly a full month in advance was not available and that the manager (Elly) had tried to contact me by phone several times. Elly did not at any time leave a message on my phone to call her back nor did she email me when calls had failed. On the phone Elly was very rude and talked over me until I asked her to have my say without her talking over me. Upon me having my say she said to me "now have you finished having

Claimed to have rang me to confirm the booking book no calls were made or messages left. We turned up and there was no car. They then tried to get us to pay for a more expensive vehicle. Dodgy, dodgy, dodgy!
