Customer service was a delight. We had a tricky problem connecting a new pump to an incompatible older setup, and Adam and Angie not only found a workable solution, but kept suggesting refinements that made it better.

I have been very impressed with Smart Water from the time we rang, an assessment carried out on the house in Ivanhoe, installation and follow-up service.
Each person we have dealt with have been professional and helpful. The assessment of our daughter's house (she is one of many trapped overseas), was thorough and Graeme B. gave alternatives and an estimation of all costs. The two installers ( Gary & Loui) took four full days, along with a third member on two days, to install everything. What was so impressive was the care they took as the garden was semi-established and the quality of fittings

Nothing but awesome things to say about these guys. I was there today (sent by my husband as we are laying turf tomorrow) and they told me they normally need a week to plan it, pack it and check it but they helped me and explained to me in Depth what I needed, nothing was a hassle for them!!!
So a huge thanks to Adam, Len and Ange for all the help today!!!!

I found the staff, Adam, Jim and Jason, all very helpful and patient with me as I set about to rebuild my garden sprinkler system after it had been virtually wiped out in the process of my storm water drains being re-dug replaced in my front yard. A three-valve valve box and other bits and pieces were wrecked by a mechanical digger, and Adam showed me exactly what to do to re-build again and he actually built the new valve box configuration for me and took all the hard work out of it for me. I am very grateful for his guidance and the help of all the staff.

I went in looking for an irrigation set up and Adam worked out the whole system for me. On purchasing he provided me with an easy to follow plan and took me through every component. I was really impressed with his professionalism and way he is treating customers. That afternoon he stayed 40 minutes after hours to make sure I know everything what I need to install the system.
