This was an amazing effort and win by Lauren, proving that Lauren is doing great things not only for Active Property Conveyancing, but for her leadership in the community. 2018 was a successful year for Active Property Conveyancing where we were announced as finalist in four categories of the Illawarra Women in Business Awards.
When you have located the property you wish to purchase, you need to let the Real Estate Agent know which Conveyancer you wish to use to assist you. Once the Contract is received by us we will make an appointment with you to meet up and review. This is also when any pre-purchase inspections such as Pest and Building reports should be ordered.
The first step in selling your property is listing your property for sale with a Real Estate Agent. Once you have chosen an Agent, you will then need to contact us to instruct us to prepare the Contract, as the Agent is required by law to have this before they advertise the property for sale. Just a few quick details over the phone is all that is required and we can get the Contract under way for you.

I would not recommend Active Property Conveyancing to anyone looking for a smooth settlement process or just anyone in general. I purchased my first home in January and I experienced issue after issue which in turn caused me a tremendous amount of emotional and financial distress. I was advised of the wrong settlement figure three times during the process so I had to keep sending money across and 1 week after settlement occurred, I was asked to pay an additional $11.5k due to an error made which left me completely out of pocket.
