UPDATE* As soon as I posted this review I received a very lengthy and strange email and text message? threatening legal action against me if I didn’t remove it. Martin, who is claiming to be the legal representative has stated that the below review, and I directly quote from the email, ‘contains statements that are inaccurate, unfair, misleading and clearly regarded as defamatory and damaging under and to this company’
He claims that I didn’t use the service however I explained that obtaining a quote via

Just shouldn't been on the truck with everything else I will never use them again I knew about lid but the bloody scratches he didn't its getting fixed but my Xmas and bday present I have just spoken to the man who did it for me and he is so angry I have to send it back 700 bux just gone and now it's going to cost 300 to fix it never ever again

Booked a pickup and the driver never arrived as I was told, glad I waited around for 3 hours for the driver! Thanks for the phone call to update me on what was happening BHF. After complaining to customer service and not receiving an apology I did receive a call from Martin later who was very helpful and apologised for the poor service

We shipped a hanging mirrored cabinet door that was double bubble wrapped, double cardboard box packed. It arrived shattered, with the hanging wheels bent - wheels so thick they cannot be bent by human hand, so would have needed some serious mishandling to bend. When we complained the response we got was "sorry you weren't insured". Didn't think I will ever be asked to insure a package for damage done by the same company I'm hiring to move it. Absurd.

Great delivery, I got a large item from WA to Sydney. I knew it would take time as I was notified of that. They were able to call me one hour before so I could stop work and meet the delivery driver. Josh was very helpful, by helping me get the package in my apartment. Very much appreciated. Reasonable price with insurance, I will use BHF again in the future.

I’d just like to pass on my thanks for a great job. I had a piece of artwork (well, a heavy 20kg metal sculpture) delivered from Augusta in Western Australia to Hughes in Canberra. It turned up in great condition, and I was very pleased and impressed with the ease and convenience of the quote and booking process. Even minor adjustments to the packing dimensions and weight were simple to manage. I lecture at ANU in supply chain and logistics, and have already mentioned BHF to my class.
