Great customer representatives very nice people, but charged about 7 hours to replace a clutch on a ninja 400 which should only take 2 at most for an apprentice lucky I didn’t go to the fair work ombudsman or complain to Kawasaki. But other than that the customer representative staff are super nice and knowledgeable.

Miscommunication between staff meant that we stood around for ages while the workshop assessed the wrong bike for trade in value. When they eventually did assess our bike, the value offered was nowhere near the projected value from a fortnight ago. It was an insult, they obviously didn't want to trade due to the bikes high mileage.

I love this shop.
Customer service is amazing.
I bought for myself a Sym 125 Classic, I love Vespa but this one is cheaper than the Vespa and I feel like in Italy 🇮🇹 on it, so amazing memories and journey travelling in the Sym Classic.
Lot of different accessories, clothing, motorbikes 🏍 , scooters 🛵, colours.
You have a huge variety of everything to pick your favourites.
Is like a showroom of motorbikes. The display of them is amazing, super tidy and by category.
