Clinical studies have shown that Thai massages have many health benefits such as Improved circulation, improved mental wellbeing due to the physical relaxation experience and in some cases help with pain relief. Thai massage is an ancient form of massage originally developed by the Buddhist monks 2500 years ago.
This is the ultimate massage, techniques used are rubbing, manipulation and stimulating of muscles, ligaments, tendons and skin. The oil massage is also recognised as a therapeutic medical process, not just a luxury massage, these days it is also practiced in hospitals and physiotherapists. Special oils are formulated and used.
The Deep tissue massage is a massage technic done at a slower rate and more pressure is applied to gain deeper penetration into the tissue. So more force from the hands & forearms are used along with body weight and muscle power. The basic massage technic is still used but done carefully to suit the clients pain tolerance & avoid causing injury.
This therapy has been performed for hundreds of years, providing deep relaxation whilst relieving stress, fatigue and improving your health. We use hot compressions of poultices filled with a selection of herbs and spices. Generally wet and steamed which are gently applied to specific points of the body releasing healing benefits into the pores of the skin.
Our Hot Stone Massage is a form with similar principles to the Swedish Massage with of course the addition of heated stones, this leads to a deeper relaxation. The smooth stones applied with heat to specific areas on the body enhances the relaxation feelings and helps bring peace. Recommended for those suffering from arthritis or other chronic pain issues.

Mini is very professional, she's very bubbly and always happy laughing, giving the place positive vibes.
I'm a gym goer and have to be physically active at work so my body, especially my neck and back are usually sore. I've been to many massage clinics but never usually go back as I'm not satisfied with the results until I went here.
This is my third time going and my third time feeling good/loosened up/relaxed overall satisfied. I'll definitely be back and recommending to others

We are regular customers of CU Thai Massage, coming here regularly for a couple's massage for the last 3 years. It is always such a great healing experience for our worn out bodies as the experience is always so relaxing and rejuvenating.
The staff are consistently fantastic and Minnie the owner is highly skilled, certified in Thai massage and ensures all her staff are to a high standard. They give very thoughtful massages and will tailor it according to what you ask for.
Make sure you tell them about pressure etc before and throughout the massage - you get the most out of letting them know,

Have been here several times over the past six months, it is very clean, professional and relaxing. Nice cuppa tea afterwards also. Attention is really taken when asked what area to focus on. I had a massage today from Minnie and left feeling amazing. 5 stars for professional and clean and friendly staff.

My wife and I had CU signature massages with coconut oil last week and we were very impressed by the private couple room, the relaxing atmosphere and the professionalism of the masseuse. The coconut oil made our skin very soft and smooth and smelt amazing. Highly recommend! Will definitely be coming back.

As a landscaper I often get a sore back and tight leg muscles, this time my upper back had a really tight muscle that was causing me agonising pain over two days, I went in and the friendly massage therapist did her magic and I felt like a new man. The clinic is very clean and welcoming, the staff is very knowledgeable and amazing at what they do, I can't thank them enough, the crippling pain is gone and I can get back to work. There prices are very fair and for that level of quality they could easily charge more, this is not a fake massage clinic.
