Worst service. I will not go back to this shop ever again.
The guy (big guy) at counter he was unfriendly and did not care.
no explanation of service and did not listen to what was the issue of my phone.
Probably the shop has been there for long time and do not care about new customers or what so ever.
Better go other phone shop to get fix and have much better customer service.

Had my note 10 screen repaired and a screen protector added.
A little bit of constructive criticism would be to advise people before that you WILL factory reset there device and maybe to give them the heads up when they call to make sure you do a back up before dropping the device off.
Was told this morning whilst instore that this is the case however the policys have changed and now its optional to have the device reset. With this knowledge, I proceeded to go though with the reapir with there being a small chance I may loose some data but that they won't factory reset my device.

Not recommend this service at all as my phone has water damaged then they quote very expensive to repair by require changing a lot of parts ( my phone was just 4 months old ) then I took the phone to Ali shop and the lady there just clean and dry my phone and it works and charge me 50 buck ' . While this do nothing but then charge me $66. And when I asked my phone back I have to wait an hour to get phone back.. not real impressed by customer service ...
