Age Pension: a social security benefit paid by the Federal Government to people who have reached the qualification age, being age 65 for men and between ages 63 and 65 for women, depending on when they were born. The amount of pension paid (if any) is determined by the income test and the asset test.

I've just finished settlement on an investment apartment. Jonni and his team were fantastic in setting up the financial structures I needed, and pushing right through to settlement. Settlement went smoothly and Jonni's estimate of the shortfall was right on the money. Jonni and his team were always responsive to questions etc, and no question was too hard.

Lisa Hall did a fantastic job organising my mortgage to purchase my new home. She clearly and simply explained my loan options outlining the pros and cons for what suited me best. The whole loan procedure was such a breeze allowing me to purchase my home with no hiccups. Lisa was always available to answer my calls and/or emails and promptly passed on any documents or information needed. Had the pleasure to deal with Jonni. Have to say he is a real professional and is really knowledgeable in his field. Prior to meeting Jonni we have been trying to secure a loan to buy an investment property for about 6 months with no luck. Have met a couple of other mortgage brokers but got no where, they either didn't want anything to do with us because we are young and this was our first loan or they just made it too hard to deal with them and didn't explain a lot of things clear.

In purchasing my first home, Jonni at Wealth Plus Lending came as a good recommendation via a coworker. Having someone like Jonni sit down with me - outside of work hours - to talk finance in layman's terms really cleared the picture in terms of which bank to go with; which product to sign up for, how much I could borrow and how much my repayments would be. Jonni and wealthplus lending team are really helpful. We bought our investment house and the entire process can be overwhelming and quite scary at times. Few things about First Home building ever go smoothly, but if there was an exception it would come in the form of Jonni Chin and his team at Wealth Plus Lending. He made the daunting process of finance clear and simple. Quick to respond to any question no matter how small in or out of work hours. Even going so far as the come to Mandurah when I couldn't come to Perth! Service above and beyond. Would recommend for anyone who wants someone they can trust who can get the job done.
