What an absolute pleasure to find such a wonderful salon. I go to salons up and down Qld and Sydney and this is one of the best I have been to. The staff were so friendly and professional. The attention to detail was phenomenal. I was looked after first with a complimentary massage. Then Sammi and Claire did my hair. Fantastic.

Today's morning appointment for a colour correction got cancelled 10 minutes prior to the appointment - when I was already on the way - because the hairdresser changed her mind about the performing service. I had my whole morning organised around the appointment. As I got there with greasy hair finding myself being refused from the service I hectically called every other hairdresser in town but no one could fit me in for foils the same morning. I ended up getting a trim and a blow dry for the cost of $85 at Moksah. No discount due to the big inconvenience at all. This experience was very upsetting

Staff were so lovely, salon was perfect but $420 later for 3/4 foils (quoted $185 on website for trainee) plus shampoo and conditioner.

Extremely bad experience. Two hairdressers were there to do hair for 4 of my bridesmaids and only one make up artist. She took 80 mins to do one make up. I had my wedding ceremony starting at 3 and Moksha failed to release my girls until 2pm. I asked them if they would let the girls go so we can get on to our photoshoot. I was threatened by the lady in charge that I will be charged the full amount no matter if they get their make up done or not. I had a little flower to pin on to my bridesmaids hair and they charged me $50 extra just coz they pinned it in. Moksha means heaven. Its a disgrace to

Just had a haircut at Moksha room, and the service was exceptional. I was welcomed when I walked in and then they massaged my shoulders which was a great stress reliever, the girls called this a Balancing Ritual. I also got a very good cut, while I had a beer. Can't believe how cool this place is.
