This is a booking made on a Christmas day for a wheelchair taxi. It was a return trip which would have cost $60-70 the most. I was charged $200 knowing that I could use TTSS voucher to pay at least a part of that fee. It turned out I was lied to. The operator said I could not use TTSS voucher because it was Christmas Day so he does not accept it. The trip itself is already overpriced and to make matters worse, I was lied to. What company would prey on disabled people?
