From the service received from Stuart, to the receptionist right down to Todd the delivery driver.....my goodness you guys are the best. GREAT TURF & EXPERIENCE!
At first I emailed for a free quote, but decided to call anyway moments later.
The man on the phone was excellent in giving me a quote on the spot and answered all questions I had.
I told him I’d ring around and he was fine with that.
I received the email quote shortly after but ignored it as I had called anyways.
I rang around some other places more local to me and they were the same price in total (inc delivery). So called back because I liked the service over the phone and booked in my turf which was to arrive 3 days later.
The next day I received a follow up

Amazing service right from the word go. Despite having to manage juggling different trades on a new build in Sunbury, varying weather and COVID shutdowns, The folks at Coolabah were unbelievable at being flexible enough to change delivery dates. There has been numerous phone calls sorting out issues from my end and every time there’s been a helpful happy voice at the other end of the line. Jane, Sarah and Michelle have all been extremely helpful over the phone lining things up for me. Steve who delivered the turf did all he humanly could to negotiate our difficult build site without question

The service provided by Coolabah Turf has been fantastic! At the time of ordering the turf, the suggested wait time for delivery was 2 months, but I was pleasantly surprised to receive the delivery 6 weeks ahead of the committed timeframe. The communication by the customer service team has been phenomenal at every stage of the process such as sales, delivery and after-care.
They also provided us with booklets & brochures which gave step-by-step instructions on soil preparation, installation of the lawn, watering cycles, application of fertilizers, mowing frequencies etc. Very informative! Overall

Approached the team at coolabah a new lawn. Now I placed my order online and what an amazing process. I had a call within a few hours letting me it was in the system and to arrange a suitable delivery. We worked in a perfect time slot and the team arrived on time with our Beautiful TufTuf grass. The driver did a great job squeezing the grass into the garage and off we went. Installation was a breeze and after 3 weeks our lawn looks better than the golf course across the road. Thanks Coolabah.

Ordered Tiff Tuff turf and would like to report a excellent experience. Quote was prompt, delivery was on time. considered changing delivery date to next harvest which they were happy to accommodate, however didn't end up changing it. Turf was good quality, which today 3 months later is doing really well. Jada my rep was also very friendly to deal with. Keep up the good work guys!

My girlfriend and I installed Tiftuf 5 weeks ago for our front yard and couldn’t be happier. So excited to put it in our back yard later in the year. Can't get over how lush and green it is, definitely the greenest grass in the street, and doesnt require much water once established.
