Rang they said they had part travelled 1.5 hrs for part they didn't have it waste of time dont use then by the way you quoted $55 for the latche and sticker plate and I wasn't rude at all so maybe you need to keep better records and check your CCTV you will see i asked her she said no one here spoke to me and I said I rang Tuesday and you had the parts on the shelves . I could say she was rude and lie about it but she was nice

I got reversed into and needed a bonnet replacement, my color is a bit difficult to find, I spent 405 dollars with Torqueparts Bayswater to get a new one, after waiting weeks with no response, rude service and eventually a long chase for my money back, I found East Comm and they had the part I needed in the exact same color for a more fair price, because of covid we had troubles finding anybody to freight it and in the end I had to pick it up from East Comm, but they still tried their hardest to accommodate for shipping as when I got there I was greeted nicely and with apologies, with my part in
