Healthy Balance's Chief Dietitian and Director is Nicole Hatem. Ms Hatem has extensive experience working in clinical, corporate and community nutrition. Nicole has delivered numerous presentations, lectures and education sessions to individuals, organisations and community groups, and has worked one on one with patients in Healthy Balance practices and in community settings.

Healthy Balance was established in 2003 and is growing rapidly to be one of the largest and leading national providers of allied health consultancy services. Healthy Balance is a group of experienced allied health professionals focused on delivering best practice allied health services to the community and patients through delivering a quality, experienced, caring, integrated and cooperative approach.

Healthy Balance is one of the largest group of private Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs) operating in Australia. Healthy Balance dietitians are focused on ongoing professional development and committed to upholding the Dietitian Association of Australia (DAA) Professional Conduct and Code of Ethics.

Healthy Balance has a team of qualified mobile allied health professionals providing individual consultations to patients at their home, aged care facility or another location. Healthy Balance provide allied health services focussed on restoring, improving or maintaining older people's independent functioning, health and well- being.

Healthy Balance specialises in providing a wide range of allied health consultancy services to residential aged care facilities (RACFs), independent living and retirement villages throughout Australia.
