Encapsulation Carpet Cleaning is known as a very low moisture cleaning system (VLM). The process uses new technology and improved cleaning chemicals. Polymers in the detergent trap and surround dirt particles and detergent residue which crystallise as they dry, and are simply removed by subsequent dry vacuuming.

After using another company for 21 years, I gave Esteem a try. I have to say I dont know why i waited so long to change. They were fabulous. Courteous, helpful, friendly, right from the very first phone call to enquire, i couldnt be more impressed. Roger came out and did my carpets. he was super prompt,my carpets were done fast and efficiently, they dried that evening and look amazing. will definitely use them again.

We called at the last minute to get the carpets in our new home cleaned before we arrived with all of our furniture. The team were exceptionally accommodating and provided a high standard of service at a very affordable price. The difference it made was unbelievable. The once heavily stained 10 year old carpets now look almost new!
