I bought residential door lock + cylinder for my house on Friday. after installing the unit , I found out ,The door lock size is bigger than what I needed and I can not fit it in my door.
So I returned it to the store in Balcatta on Monday ( shop closed during weekend) , but salesperson did not get it back and refused me!!! and made an excuse ...He said You damaged it ...." No Refund & No Return" ....
[ Anyway this door lock is really spotless and No damage now. I only used it once to see that is fit or not...So Bad... So Sad for poor customer service level!!!! ]

The locksmith came to fix one of our house doors. He was lovely and professional. However, we asked him to cut some house keys for our other property while he was there, so he did that, but when we went to use these keys the next day they did not work. Obviously they were not cut properly. We called the office in Balcatta to have him come out and fix them (or cut a new set of keys) but they wanted to charge us a SECOND call out fee to send him out again. Would have cost us a hell of a lot of money for something we could get done for a few dollars at Bunnings. 1/5

Not all superheros wear capes! I regret I can only give Floyd 5 stars. Sunday morning, a snapped key and no way to secure the premises.
A call to Action was answered by Floyd, who checked out the pics, reassured me it as a simple job - quoted on the spot, gave me an ETA, turned up early, nailed it and then vanished off to his next rescue. :-)
Pricing was great, Service and timing was great, but ultimately it was the "Dont sweat this - Ive got your back" attitude that was my favorite part.
I have to say it turned a bad morning into a much better day.
