This has been such a positive experience and the best customer service I have ever encountered - I cannot recommend Aquatec highly enough! Not only do they provide quality products, but also back them up with amazing customer service.
Contacted Aquatec re an issue I had with a new Aquapro 2000 pump I had purchased. I could not get the UV filter working and had already returned one pump to the retailer.
Chris Ledbury spent time on the phone with me whilst I checked the UV filter in case it had come loose in transit. I could not get this UV filter working either so Chris organised a replacement

Fantastic equipment and even more importantly brilliant after sales service. I am new to having a fish pond and was having a few problems on setup. Within a day I had a call from Jason who was friendly and helpful and fixed things in no time. What more can you ask for? I would not hesitate in buying other equipment that Aquatec distribute knowing how you will be looked after with the products that they back.
