Phoned the 'emergency' number and left message. Received a call 2h30m later and after I told the person that I had contacted another business they told me that was good as they didn't have anyone that operated on weekends. I said why the emergency number 24/7. She said they could still be contacted 24/7 but didn't have trucks that operated weekends. So basically, you can call the number 24/7 and leave a message. Emergency?!?Not good advertising or good business practise.

The Enwaste driver came while I was out to pump out our septic. I was horrified when I came home to find my driveway completely covered in filthy black tyre marks. The concrete driveway has been in place for years but now for the first time it looks like the site of a burnout competition. I reached out to Enwaste to talk about this, but after an initial acknowledgement - nothing ! No one wants to talk about it, no offer to help with cleaning products or costs, no offer to clean up after themselves.
