A Private Sale Contract is what you sign when you have made an offer on a property and that offer has been accepted by the Vendor (Seller). With a Private Sale you are allowed a "cooling off" period of 3 business days after you sign to consider the purchase and seek legal advice. With a Private Sale you may be able to negotiate amendments to the Contract before you sign.
Generally it's a good idea to talk to a number of agents before you choose one to represent you. Choose the agent that you are comfortable dealing with. The agent will advise you on the best way to sell your home and the timing of the sale. You can sell by Private Sale or at a Public Auction.

We've used First Choice on a few occasions, both checking Section 42s for purchases we've tried to complete but missed at very competitive auctions, as well as to complete the purchase and sale of a few properties. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. To a person, they are responsive, friendly, informative and always willing to make time for those questions and worries that so often come up during a sale or purchase process. Simply put, cannot be faulted!
