Microsoft does not and will not assume any obligations with respect to Customer Data or to your use of the Product other than as expressly set forth in this agreement or as required by applicable law.Cope with user error, intentional and unintentional file deletion, and ransomware attacks. Ensure regulatory compliance with retention policies and avoid data loss in any deactivated subscriptions.
