We used Master Relocations for a big job packing a three story townhouse ahead of an interstate move. Youseff's communication and responsiveness were outstanding - He even arranged additional boxes on the day.
Our three packers were fast, professional and had a great attitude. It was a pleasure having them in our home and everything they packed made it to the new location in perfect condition.

I could not recommend this company highly enough! Youseff and his team have been amazing. I have used this company 3 times this month due to my relocation of my studio. We had a very challenging move from an apartment to a house and the team could not have been more professional. The team worked so hard, were incredibly patient with my two little children as well as moving on a 30 degree day amidst huge covid numbers. If I could rate these guys 10 stars, I would!
We are serial movers and usually stick to companies we know and have used before. However everywhere was booked out and we decided to try these guys out and were so glad we did.
Professional, friendly, efficient and took care of our furniture like it was their own.

I was really so impressed with this company. I had to make last minute arrangements because of the restrictions and inability to move goods to NSW. They were responsive, courteous, punctual and efficient and very economical. Not just me personally but the person at each point of contact, the recipient from whom they picked up the goods and the storage company with whom they deposited them, commented on their professional approach and care. Highly recommend these guys, thanks for a great job.

The guys were amazing with our move today. They were organized, professional, and took excellent care of our belongings. They worked efficiently the whole time and even though it was a huge job they were courteous and never lost the enthusiasm they showed up with in the morning. I hope to never move again but if I ever I had to I would 100% use them again. I recommend to everyone.

I have been super impressed with this company. Excellent communication prior to the move and following. The removalists were friendly, professional and efficient and willing to go the extra mile. Alex has been fantastic to work with and coordinates any issues that arise with the utmost professionalism. You really notice the difference compared to other movers. Highly recommend.

We were not surprised by any costs or other issues as everything was clearly explained in advance and the service was provided exactly as expected.
Very important that the movers were very… careful with the items, precious or not! The staff was very polite and flexible. It felt like they really wanted to make this moving as comfortable as it could get for us.
