My first session with Lyndy was in March 2016. My auto immune disease symptoms had flared up and I went to see Lyndy as my last resort before taking heavy doses of steroid medication. It was the first time I felt understood and within a matter of months my symptoms were gone and I needed no medication. I continue to see Lyndy every 4-8 weeks and have discovered that I don't have to be unwell to feel better!
