Kevin has been doing my taxes for the last three years and I couldn't recommend him more. He's been amazing and helped me with a complicated return when I first saw him. It's personal and they remember your name and who you are, not just your TFN. Always got my return lodged the same day I went there and received refunds a couple of days later. I had the most basic of tax returns to lodge and could have done it myself but thought i would pay a "professional' to do it just to be sure so i made a appointment with these guys and assumed that they would lodge it on the day or if not as soon as possible, two weeks later i had still not received my return so i rang them as to question why and they hadn't even lodged it yet and could not give me any good reason why. I was really relying on this money as i am due to have surgery and needed it so i could take the recommended two weeks off that my doctor had advised now i will only be able to have
