Process Systems has a wide range of 90 degree turn actuation options available for valve operation/automation. This includespneumatic (both in Double Acting and Spring Return), Electric Actuators (all common voltages), Gear Box and sundry products such as limit switch boxes and drive adaptors. The solenoid coil is integral in the operation of a solenoid valve. It is what converts the electric current into a magnetic field which in turn allows the operation of the solenoid valve. All our coils are listed below however we do have a hyperlinked quick selection table to match our coils and valves if you would prefer.
Process Systems knife gate valves are available in ductle iron and stainless steel, including semi lugged or fully lugged body with an open shroud or bonnet. We have both resilent and metal seated versions in sizes from DN 50 (50 mm) to DN 1200 (1.2 metres) and up to PN 10 (10 Bar). Other options including chain drive and cone deflectors are available on request.
PTFE or Teflon(R) as it is commonly known is a fluorocarbon based polymer and is usually the most chemically-resistant of all plastics while retaining excellent thermal and electrical insulation properties. This material is non-contaminating and accepted by many agencies for use in food services. This is used as a seat material in our steam and high temperature & pressure solenoid valves as well as some of our ball valves and butterfly valves.
Flanges are commonly used to connect valves into pipework making it easier for removal and maintenance. There are many common flange standards and flanges within the same standard can etiher be flat (commonly cast iron, ductile iron) or raised face (commonly cast steel and stainless steel). Below is a reference table for critical flange dimensions to help identify what standard you have.
