Lewis was prompt, efficient and simply fantastic. I called Lewis at 11 am due to our hot water system leaking. Lewis found the problem immediately using FaceTime - it was swollen and 2 valves were leaking. Lewis helped select the new hot water system based on my requirements. By 1pm the new rheem system was delivered and Lewis arrived shortly after. Lewis took a few hours to install it and he took the old system away. Did I mention this was a Friday? Lewis was polite, friendly, professional, well priced, experienced and knowledgeable. He got the job done. Lewis is a good country bloke who is trustworthy

Lewis was able to fit me in on very short notice (1 hour!!) before the weekend for a leaking pipe attached to my washing machine. He was very professional, friendly, and efficient. He then cleaned the dirt behind the washing machine and reattached it all for me. I would absolutely recommend Lewis and will call him again for any plumbing needs.

We had a small leak that was a major problem. Lewis dispatched one of his crew who fixed it quickly and without fuss. Lewis called to check on the work, and refused to accept payment. "I can't charge you for such a quick, simple job," he said. "A five-star review is worth more to me."
So, Lewis... here are your five-stars, well earned, and gratefully given. I am happy to recommend you and your team, and I will be definitely using you again, if and when we have a plumbing issue.

Lewis made a amazing job at the Limes hotel by changing our 2 hot water systems.

I can not thank this company enough. Late Tuesday night our hot water system finally said “ no, I’m not working anymore’. A phone call to Lewis mid Wednesday and we had our new one installed by 930 Thursday. Gentlemen that came out were polite, cleaned up and took any mess. They also put our side fence we removed for them back up so my fur babies didn’t get out. It was a great pleasure to deal with such courteous and thoughtful company/people.

What can I say!
Lewis is one of the best plumbers I have ever used in Brisbane.
Punctual, reliable and a fantastic quality of work.
I had a problem with my hot water system and with one phone call to Lewis I felt confident in letting him remove and replace my old hot water unit.
The work was done very neat and tidy, ant questions I had about the new unit were answered.
I would highly recommend using Lewis and will be giving him all my plumbing work in the future!!
