Roof restoration is a process which includes restoring your old tired looking roof and bringing it back to life! cracked and broken tiles replaced- rusted valley iron replaced- removing existing mortar under ridge caps and relaying your ridge caps with new mortar pressure wash roof surface with 4000psi of pressure to clean dirt and mold off your roof tiles - repointing your ridge caps in a flexible pointing locks your ridge capping down giving your ridging a strong bond to your roof tiles- painting your roof tiles with Dulux Actatex roofing sealer with a 3 coat system bringing your roof back to life.
Roof pointing - Movement in losing ridge capping leaves gaps in your roof where water can penetrate into your roof cavity potentially causing significant problems inside your roof, also pests and rodents will easily access into your home.
