If I could I would give 10/10. City Trophies went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist me with remedying West Lakes engraver's errors and shoddy workmanship. The effort almost brought me to tears at the fantastic job.
A new trophy was purchased with great advise and assistance. I will only use this company for engraving. The group I represented were also very impressed and grateful.
I very highly recommend this company.

Very poor service and the woman working in the shop couldn't wait to get rid of me. Never had what I asked in stock and was most indignant when I asked if the trophies I wanted could be ordered. Quite an amazing experience, so much so that we actually had a laugh about it outside!
