Ordered and paid for 5 yard skip. The skip that was delivered was just over 3 yards. The company refused to even measure the skip or entertain the fact they might be wrong. All the said is 'that's our 5 yard skip', 'that's what we call a 5 yard skip'.
When you think they must be doing this to everyone who orders a 5 yard skip, that's a lot of rubbish they're charging for and not taking!
I can't work our how to respond to your reply, but to be clear, the external dimensions of the skip were 1.6m x .9m x 1.5m (at the bottom) and 2.2m at the top.

Can I just say it would be nice if all business's were run like this one. From the engaged way in which the receptionists answer the phone to the way they handle queries and the updates that they give, they alone deserve 5 stars. The skip delivery driver was accurate and quick and the one who collected it again courteous quick and accurate. The price they quoted for a 5 yard skip £160 (or there abouts) included everything and there were no hidden extras. From the first point of contact, this company did everything they could to help. I couldn't have the skip on my drive but there was some land at the side of the house which didn't belong to the Council. Enviro Skip were the 4th company I contacted and the ONLY company who was prepared to believe the land wasn't Council owned. I spoke to Mark who asked me to send proof from the Council that they didn't own the land. After I'd done this, everything was great. They arrived when they said they'd arrive and I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

I have used this company several times over last 2 years, and my personal experience has found them to provide an excellent service. Office staff very helpful in advising which skip size would be best for specific job, to drivers who dropped off and collected the skips, even when I wasn't home.
I will definitely use them again should I need a skip in the future.

DO NOT USE DO NOT USE!!! I can’t emphasise enough! Disgusting company, disgusting customer service and totally managed to wreck my drive.... then said it was my fault! Seriously... stay well clear!

Please be courteous to drivers already on the Middlewich road as in these early wet winter evenings we all have to respect one an other and not just pull out onto the busy road and then to turn off a Mike later without even indicating lol... not leaving a great taste in my mouth on this season of good will!

Avoid this supplier if you want a reliable professional service. It's the first and last time we will use them. Drivers are nice though.
