This is one of the most popular cosmetic procedures worldwide. It involves the use of breast implants to increase the size of the breast, either to enhance volume or as a restorative treatment for those who have undergone a mastectomy. It uses either silicone or saline breast implants. Although in some cases, fat grafts may also be used, but it's effect doesn't last that long.

I decided when I turned 50 to allow myself the luxury of helping my body issues and have a breast enlargement, I had done my dues as a parent and wife and now it was time for me...
I had researched, spoke with people and attended another consultation which was extremely disappointing and deflating.
That night Esteem came up on my Facebook and I nearly didn't call... thank God I did!! I spoke with Rena in depth about what I wanted and within two weeks I was booked in for a consult. I had two consults - one with Dr Hatam and then with Dr Valente

I can't recommend Esteem Team and Dr Hatem enough. After many years of deciding to have surgery or not a friend of mine recommended them with amazing results. I took the plunge and booked a consultation. 100% informed and comfortable and was blown away how in depth the consultation was and caring and informative Dr Hatem was. I booked my surgery date and Surgical experience was seamless and hospital staff were so lovely and welcoming. My recovery has been so smooth and easy and the Esteem nurses are only a phone call or text away which is very reassuring. I only wish I had done it sooner!!!

Could not thank Dr Hatem & the amazing team from Esteem. After thinking & waiting for so many years, I finally took the plunge (after support from a friend & clients of Dr Hatems) I had my consult in March & almost booked immediately.
I’m only 9 days post op, but I’m already ecstatic with my results. The healing process has been a breeze thus far.

As soon as I met with Dr Hatem, Justine and the team, I felt comfortable and felt that I could trust them. They are amazing and are so talented. Everything was explained and I felt very well looked after. I would and will be recommending to everyone I know. I'm 1 week after surgery and very excited to see the end results.

I am beyond impressed with the overall experience and outcome from Esteem Cosmetic Studio and Dr Hatem Elfieshawy. After issues with another company, I was referred to call the owner of Esteem, Rena who immediately welcomed my enquiry. It was a Wednesday afternoon and Nurse Justine had Dr Hatem firstly assess my photos and information, gave me a call and followed up with a message that same day. I was booked for a consultation on Monday and surgery was the following week. Extremely happy with my whole experience and all of the team that assisted me along the way, I had augmentation with dr Pedro valente in May 2019 and couldn’t recommend him enough. I went from a very deflated A… to now a very full E, 400cc over the muscle implants.
