I cannot thank Michael enough. Honest, genuine and trustworthy service, I wouldn’t hesitate to get him out for future works to our home or recommend him to anyone who would listen. Our hot water service was was leaking in a few different places (20 years old) and had to be replaced, this meant it needed additional works such as new pipes, temp valve, overflow tray etc to comply with current QLD regulations. Michael was able to talk me through what was required over the phone and provide me a quote before he visited our home on the same day with our new service. There were no hidden surprises

Flo-Rite Plumbing - Michael is very professional, reliable and efficient! Initially I thought my kitchen In-sink-erator was broken, which would be quite expensive to change to a new one. Michael found out that it was indeed the switch that was broken, and had saved me several hundred dollars. Really appreciated Michael's honesty. Would definitely recommend to other people!

Michael from Flo-Rite Plumbing is awesome, very honest and detailed. He gave us tips on what to do to fix our leaking sink tap and saved us a call out fee and parts cause it was something very simple we could fix ourselves. Not many businesses would be this honest when they could have snatched up the opportunity to earn a quick buck!

A great service from start to finish. Michael quoted me a competitive price for a new hot water system, and fitted me in quicker than I expected. He turned up on time, nothing was a problem, his workmanship is top notch. Michael explained all the ins and outs of the installation and operation of the system, and left the place clean. And he's a nice guy to boot. I'll be back.

One of the most efficient and fast plumbing service delivery I ever had. I had tap leakage problems for years. Many attempts to try to fix it myself did not go so well either. Michael from Flow Rite Plumbing and Hot Water solved this issue for me ,and I have a brand new tap now. Michael also explained in detail about the leakage and now I have more understanding and know essential things to check/ do in future should the tap leakage ever happen again. Strongly recommended for everyone. 10/10 !
