The team were highly professional and were a delight to deal with . About a month ago, I requested a quote off this company. I didn't end up using them only because they couldn't do the exact gate i needed, but i must say i was really impressed by the technical sales rep, Matthew Golland's, organisation and customer service skills. To the point where i bothered leaving a review. Communication, punctuality and overall attention shown to my requirements were astounding.

Office staff is so rude and unprofessional.
Michael, it is rude and unprofessional to hang up on someone who requests that you make note of the 2 keypads as part of the property notes especially when Meredith does not recall having a conversation about it. I guess it suits the company when no notes can be relied upon.
The 2 keypads your company has installed and has been paid for should be noted. It isn't the first time your staff have been rude and unprofessional. Really unfortunate that you have people like Meredith as the cold face of your business.
