Services
Dry Cleaning is a process for cleaning clothing and textiles using a solvent rather than water. This cleaning process is suitable for garments that are recommended for dry cleaning only or simply for the removal of stains. When the stain is fresh, it has not been completely embedded into the fabric.
We handle washing and drying from a domestic scale (personal clothing) up to large commercial volume (motels and hotels). Prior to washing, each item is examined for stains which are then spot treated with special industrial grade chemicals. During the washing process, fabric protectors are added to prolong the life of the fabric and maintain softness.
Our ironing service is offered to domestic customers and commercial businesses (e.g. business uniforms). Each garment is hanged on individual hangers and packaged with protective plastic covers. Our ironing technique ensures a superior finish every time and carry our customer satisfaction guarantee or re-work* will be provided free of charge.

Put a suit in to be dry cleaned on a Wednesday and got told it would be ready by Friday. Had a function on the Saturday. Got to the shop on the Friday, it was not there and no one could find it. Staff could give no answers. Had to go purchase new clothes to go to the function. Got a call on the Monday telling me it was ready- a lot of good that was - no mention of refund or any compensation. Terrible customer service and will never be returning. Try anyone but them, they are not worth using on any level. Will be making it my mission to share this on every platform available to me.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I got two items dry cleaned here, one of them a playsuit with a slip. When I went to go pick it up, the slip was missing. They were unable to find the slip for weeks. Mind you, this was a very expensive item and the slip was custom for the playsuit. The male manager tried to blame it on me by saying I should have checked the receipt to see I was only charged for two items not three and the slip wasn't on there... that's not my job to do that. How would I think the slip wouldn't be included in the price of the playsuit? He did not once apologise for losing my item

I am very fortunate to have my work clothes looked after by the team at Gold Coast Dry Cleaning who always do a fantastic job. Recently I put one of my dresses in for laundering prior to taking to a dressmaker to have the zip repaired.
No need! The dress not only came back laundered but with the zip once again working 😀 A huge thank you to the GCDC team for their ongoing and great care of my clothes, and for this “Surprise and Delight” moment.

Worst customer service I have received in along time. My item was promised to be priority as it was for an event the next day. Didnt receive a phone call back, i had to chase it up...by the time O got through to them the stain wasnt removed they said it needed another 24 hours. So O had to buy a new dress!!! I had to chase it back up 2 days later as I was leaving the GC. Stain was not removed as promised and I still had to pay the amount AND pick it up. As they said they would deliver it to my hotel when I put it in! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Took a bag in on Monday to ask how much it would cost to have it cleaned. Was quoted a price, when I came back in on Tuesday they did not acknowledge the quote and charged me more! Same bag same week different price....
If I had known they could change their mind on quotes I would have left the bag on the first day.

0 STARS. I am HORRIFIED at the service I received today. I had a dress "dry cleaned" by them and kept it in the plastic bag till my next wear. Upon removing it from the bag i noticed NOT ONE STAIN HAD BEEN CLEANED. When I took back to show them, they basically called me a LIAR and they then tried to charge me half the price to re-clean it, as they could get the stains out second time. WHY WERE THE STAINS NOT REMOVED THE FIRST TIME. Absolutely the most disgusting service and customer support I have ever received. When I take a dress to get cleaned I expect it to be CLEANED not more stains added

Dropped two jackets and a dress (mother of the bride!) for dry cleaning. When l phoned to make sure that they would be ready in time for the wedding, the lady was VERY RUDE,. With 3 hours to go, one jacket could not be worn and the black and white dress was ruined with stains and water marks all down the front! Totally unacceptable!
