Ordered a quilt on Tuesday, delivered on Friday. There was an issue with delivery being APost fault. The customer service with this problem from Manchester Direct was excellent and all was resolved. I found this store by accident on eBay and after such a quick, easy and happy transaction it was definitely a great accident that I'll be making again and again!

Many shops now days don't really bother about customer loyalty or satisfaction but Manchester Direct does and rewards for loyalty, I'm glad I found this store and not only will I be returning but I'll be recommending to friends as well because you don't get just great prices - you get great prices and great service!
