Services
Doctors at Millbank Medical will excise/biopsy skin lesions they feel are suspicious and send them to Pathology for analysis. This is a small plastic rod containing one hormone, Progestogen, which is inserted underneath the woman's skin on the inside of the upper arm. This can stay in place for a maximum of 3 years.

Nurse's work both in a team with doctors and independently for many services; such as triaging, health care advice and patient advocacy. We all work together (you as Captain) on chronic disease management and palliative care. Pregnancy & Urine Testing: A consultation with a doctor is required after this test for interpretation.
For communicating relevant information with other treating doctors, specialists or allied health professionals. For State/Territory reminder systems, (eg cervical screening - pap smears reminders or familiar cancer registries). For research purposes (de-identified, meaning you are not able to be identified from the information given).
The best thing you can do for your skin's health is keep an eye on it and specifically note and be aware of any changes. Our Doctors will examine the spot and depending on the diagnosis may elect to treat it, monitor it or reassure you that it is harmless. At the initial consultation the doctor will take your history, examine you and suggest an appropriate treatment.

The doctors at this surgery are very professional. Although the reception staff are extremely rude and not helpful.This situation needs to be addressed by management. I was a patient previously, when Dr Lowrie was on Maternity leave I had to change to another surgery as other females are very had to see. A receptionist Skye, gave me an appointment time & then advised me they were not taking new patients.I am not a new patient & wish to see a professional. It is extremely rude to treat patients in this way and the patients choice to have various Doctors opinions. Shame on you Skye. It would be advisable

I have been a patient there for 10 years the receptionist was always rude when making appointments they are not helpful at all I am absolutely decussated they can treat sick patients like this, you get treat like your nothing. I have moved practices and are very happy now I get treat like I am important and with respect.

I had trouble finding a good GP when I had moved back to Bundaberg over 3 years ago, when I had my first baby I was recommended this practice and have been going now the last 2 and a half years, doctors are prompt and all staff are incredibly friendly. My doctor is extremely booked out ahead but if I have an urgent matter the other doctors there have been great.
