Poor workmanship, job delays due to too many other job commitments and a lack of quality control.
After agreeing to proceed with the job, the Manager and Supervisor left and went on holidays leaving the job to less experienced landscapers (apprentices and labourers) who were unsupervised for the duration of the job. This caused many delays and poor workmanship.
While visible errors (bends in the 2 constructed garden beds) were later rectified, the lack of supervision of the more junior staff was evident.The attached picture shows a careless painting effort which to date remains unfinished.
