Came in with a suspected puncture in my tyre, it looked like I was bleeding 5 - 10 PSI overnight. Had a repair and a new tyre replacement if required quoted and ready to go. Got in the same day as call which was great.
Technicians spent about 30 minutes checking over tyre and couldn't find any leaks. They suggested my normal tyre pressures were a bit low for the weight of the bike and could be the cause of my fluctuating readings.
I offered to pay for the service and they said don't worry about it.
Somewhat embarrassed I bought a new tyre gauge anyway.....

Shane who is a manager in SA Motorcycles is great. I brought my 1st super sports bike because he was so kind to me and gave me test ride where other sales people were like - umm, if ? but ? will you buy the bike after ride? I told shane I am not going to buy Hayabusa today even tho he allow me a test ride and i buy that bike in 2-3 hours same day. Best customer serivce 5/5. Shane is must for SA motorcycles.

Kinda average, they forgot to reconnect the fuel tank breather hose and I don't even think they checked my chain tension as my chain was so loose it kincked, expect a bit more for a $400 service. also my throttle gets stuck open now and didn't before. Really don't think they actually did the service and if anything made my bike worse than before. Really disappointed. I actually had to go to another mechanic to fix it up the next day

Been a loyal customer for years and years. I've spent plenty of money in your store on helmets, clothing, accessories etc etc BUT that's stops as of today! Just left your store very unhappy. You quoted me $340 for a rear tyre for my Harley PLUS $140 to fit it. $480 FOR A BACK TYRE?? You've lost a good costumer. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. The fellas down the road at Yamaha are fitting one for $330. BEST MOVE I'VE MADE!
