Where do we start? UNREAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Had a design done, free with my order of gear for my backyard. Hit a few snags with water pressure and the tap timer reducing the flow.
Long story short - New timer and fittings shipped pretty much next day FOR FREE! Because they made a judgement error.
Simply unreal. It’s still a highlight to this day and a reason my lawn in green✅ And the reason I continue to use their business from Country Victoria!!
Highly recommend Clint and Mat who were amazing to deal with.

I have used Waterpro for domestic irrigation systems on 3 occasions, including whilst living interstate and requiring shipping.
Each time the system has been well designed, efficiently and at a very competitive price.
The designers have been happy to answer all my questions, make changes I requested due to garden design change and they were happy
to delay the shipping because I was away from home.
Even though I'm now in QLD, I'll continue to use Waterpro for any irrigation needs I have in the future.
Thanks for keeping my patch wet and the cost down, my wife likes budget and you guys delivered

Contacted this company as their website says they offered a free design & quote. However, when i asked for the design/plan for the quote that they provided to check it all out and make sure i knew what i was paying for etc, they told me i had to pay $50.00 for the design plan. Total liars!!!
In reply to the response - put simply your free design and quote has not been fulfilled. I dont know of anyone who watches video's to find out the "fine print" of the wording on your website. The wording on your website is what people read, we are all time poor and don't have time to watch videos AS WELL.
