Will quote you for a vehicle that is not available, waste your time and offer no alternative quotes. The "cheap rentals" are a disingenuous method of getting people interacting with their company, followed by the need to requote entirely due to "no availability for that option."

I want to say thank you to all barging car rental team.Epecailly the customer service lady ,I made a last minute call on last Friday morning. she is very professional and take my difficulties in concerns ,and get a car ready for me in about 10mins. After a week, we communicated with her about the repair scheduled had been shorter. They also let me return the car early. Thanks for the great service guys

First time customer, very positive experience, seems to be the best value for me and made trip from Hawthorn to Bayswater worth it. Matt is very helpful.
Needed an affordable specious vehicle for two days out of the city with the family and we were lucky to have it as drop-ins. Call in to get the car set aside if you are after something specific.

They provided phenomenal support over the few weeks we rented a car. Although we ran into some problems with the Camry's due to sensitive alarms, they were quick to replace or answer our questions, and were very reasonable not just with their rates, but with our requests and the several times we changed over. I can't recommend them enough for anyone's rental needs.
