Our experience with SMS Security was great.Right from the phone call to organise someone to come out.The lady that helped me over the phone was very friendly and accommodating.She was able to have someone out within a day or two.The worker was prompt,professional and friendly.The problem with our alarm was fixed on the spot.Thank you all very much. Had their alarm installed few months ago but recently it keep goes off while we were at work. At the third time we decided to call them to check it. They came and had a look for less than 2 mins and he reckons nothing is wrong and it may be just triggered by the spider around the sensor. Not very helpful.

Speaking to Craig on the phone sold the deal even before I received other quotes from other companies, customer service was exceptional as well as very reasonably priced. The team that installed my camera's were cautious not to get in our way, cleaned up after themselves and were overall great to deal with. Went through the camera system with me and educated me on everything I needed to know. 10/10 service, thanks guys.
