Worst service done on my dh bike went to get my back wheel trued literally got the bike back as it was the problem wasn’t fixed charged me 110$ for literally nothing straight away went to 99 bikes springwood the mechanic there said it’ll take about half n hour waited there the wheel was straight as line and just cost me 50$ the guys at the cycle surgery seemed money minded. Wouldn’t recommend service isn’t professional

I have owned my Focus Jam2 6.8 for a while now and I was looking for some upgrades. I spoke to Adam and Brad about my ideas and ended up converting my bike to a mullet setup with a 27.5 rear wheel. Hope hub, DT Swiss rim and spokes, built by Adam with new Assegai tyres and Renthal carbon bars. Just back from my first dirt ride and it's great. Evolved into a more interesting bike yet again.

Well run bikeshop! Great service, honest and always good assortment of bike products. But most importantly, these guys have ebike stock! So happy we decided to buy our ebike from here, it ment we could easily compare all focus models and weren't lured into the one or two models which were on stock at other shops. Oh and they also did an amazing job for a custom paint finish on our tron, which is very hard to capture on these pictures

2) They hold a large stock of various makes and models which is rare, I was able to physically touch and ride a few options.

Brilliant. Great crew. They set me up with my first ebike and I’m loving it. Great, honest and extremely knowledgeable team. They don’t sell you a bike for the sale, they tailor the bike for maximum riding… pleasure. Tess also was extremely efficient in replacing a charging cable by post which arrived the next business day. If you into or are considering an ebike go to Cycle In Surgery.

I have to give Adam and the crew 5 out of 5. I purchased a Focus Jam2 recently from CIS. Adam was very friendly and helpful. The bike arrived a month later and as I live on the NSW side of the border (which is closed for COVID-19) Adam set the bike up and helped me courier the bike over the border at short notice. Adam then went out of his way to do a bit of surgery over the phone to fix the dropper post cable which had come disconnected during transport. If you are after an eMTB this is definitely the place to go. Good brands and excellent after sale service.

Focus should cherish their relationship with this company. From the moment I met Adam & Tess and took their Focus Jam2 6.8 for a test ride, their customer service was outstanding. Offering all the advice needed to make the right choice for an electric bike. Their quality service & knowledge didn't stop there, after picking up the bike I often found… myself back in store looking for accessories and more advice. To which Adam, Tess and their team couldn't do enough to help me. Cycle in Surgery prices were also the best around. Thanks guys, see you at the next ride!!!
