Beyond professional. Our carpets were well overdue for a clean and they have done an amazing job. Our son and… daughter have health conditions and they listened to my concerns about what was used on the carpet and made me feel so comfortable. Highly recommend and will use these guys every year to do the carpets.:) :)

We had John come out and clean our grout and tiles. First time they’d been done in 4.5 years... White grout w light grey tiles all throughout our house and we have a dog and small child so you can imagine how bad they were..! We were gobsmacked with the result - They came up sparkling new!! 🌟 Cannot recommend the service enough! John went over and… above to achieve the best result for us and the pricing was great too. We were not expecting such a fantastic result.. So thank you!! Customer service and communication was 10/10 too. Very satisfied customer here!! :)

I rang zarz and they were at our place within the hour and did all the carpets at a great great and they look fantastic now .this was a vacate clean as our settlement was 12.00pm and other company a no show . thanks again
