Most often you can judge a store by the staff you meet. Good or bad. This is one of the good ones.I went into iKANDi for directions to an internet-provider and the staff person THOUGHT he knew where it was. He then began checking his phone locator map confirming his recall of location. He was polite, pleasant, cheerful and obviously happy to help, EVEN THOUGH I WAS NOT A CUSTOMER. Now that is worth 5 stars ... and a visit when I next need sunglasses. (I would mention his name if I knew it).

18 months ago my husband purchased a beautiful pair of Bvlgari Sunglasses for our Anniversary.Unfortunately a few crystals on each side of the frames have come out over time.I came into your store in Australia Fair to see if anything could be done,and
A lovely young lady Ashley looked after me.
After checking the warranty and taking some photos ,my case was reviewed and within a week I had a phone call to let me know I was getting a store credit as these particular sun glasses are not being made anymore.
I am very happy with the service received at your store and will definitely be back.
