Readings for guidance purposes can focus on multiple topics, from relationships, to love, family, business, passed over loved ones, career, life and spiritual direction.
I do not knowlingly accept booking requests from people under 18 years of age if in Australia, or the age of consent relevant to the client's country. Doing all I can to minimise opportunities to be over exposed to a client's energy and personality before a reading goes ahead. Advising people not to tell me too much about themselves when they are insistent on speaking with me in order to book.

In the booking confirmation process as well as secondly, at the start of all readings for new clients, it is explained how Jacquelene works.
Reception staff can answer basic enquiries and make most bookings with you via phone, they can also take your messages while Jacquelene is in appointments. Jacquelene avoids lengthy phone interactions with new and potential clients as she can know too much about you within the first 30 seconds of the call beginning that would cause her to decline your request to book a reading, based on people telling her too much about themselves.
