Purchased a vehicle from this lot and was given 3x $100 service vouchers to use at scheduled service intervals.. only to to be told they don’t have the equipment to do a major service on our vehicle. Apparently their mechanics are only competent in oil and filter changes 🤷🏻♂️load of sh*t, would not recommend their service centres.

Just bought my second Subaru XV from JMC. The whole experience has been perfect. My new car was delivered earlier than anticipated so was very happy. Would I recommend JMC? Its a big fat NO from me!! Every time I hear their false advertisement on the radio, it makes me cringe..... They claim that they do all of the safety checks so you can purchase with peace of mind, however they sold me a car that was leaking oil, not just a little bit, but alot! It ruined our garage floor and they could not… have cared less. They also wanted to charge us to fix the problem, but further investigations found that this same issue had been fixed by them within 3 months, therefore it was under a warranty! However, none of this information was known to me

A huge thanks to Izzy Bean! She had a fantastic understanding of what we wanted and how we wanted things to go with the sale. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Izzy, she was always friendly, efficient and has a bubbly personality! Our lovely Kia Carnival had its maiden voyage to Hobart on the weekend and it is a dream to drive and the kids love… it! Anyone with a Carnival can understand the joy of carting three kids around without them fighting given the huge amount of room this vehicle has! You just don’t want to be the naughty child that misses out on the heated seats!

Researched a used car online at JMC Devonport. Spoke with Clinton and asked for a full and honest opinion of the vehicle's condition and service history as we would be travelling some distance to Devonport for a road test.
The car was exactly as he described, and was beautifully presented, mechanically checked and had a full fuel tank.
Nothing was too much trouble.
