We are a member of and of the D.I.A. ( Dry Cleaning Institute of Australia ) and the DLI. These professional organisations offer great experience, networking and assistance in keeping us up to date with the latest cleaning technologies and fabrics used in the fashion industry.

Took my wedding dress in to be dry cleaned (cost me $480) and was told would be ready after 3 weeks - 3 weeks later went in and was still hanging up dirty and all they had to say was "oh, we meant to call you cause we can't clean it here. It's quite dirty so will have to be sent away" so was told would be another 2 weeks. Was quite caught up and went back 3.5 weeks later for them to say it would be another week and then saying "you don't really need it". In the end took them almost 10 weeks when I was told it would only take 3 weeks. Very poor service when I went in. They didn't call me any of
