Worst customer service I have ever had. The fat lady in reception was so rude to us and her behaviour was disgusting. I would give it ZERO star if there is any option for that. She asked us to wait for 4 hour just for small issue on car. After 4 hour wait they said there is no major problems and car can be driven. The lady treat us like criminal. Worst worst Worst!!!! I will never go there again.

Extremely happy that my van transmission has been repaired.
It did take longer than I anticipated, though they did give the van exterior a clean.
Appears to be a well run mechanical service & repair centre.
I'm not wanting to be making many return visits, though it's great to know that they are local.

Very incompetent overall. We were visiting Hawks Nest from Sydney when our car broke down because of a massive coolant leak. We brought our car to this shop and they committed to do their best to have a look at it and hopefully repair it. After a couple of weeks repair, they told us to come over and pick it up, charged us around $690. We were fine with the payment even though most of that amount is only for labor and only around $50 was for the actual parts that they replaced. That was for a radiator cap and a hose clamp from memory but the labor done was difficult to get to the affected area.

These people are OUTSTANDING - couldn’t be more helpful & accommodating. Car threw a thrust bearing & clutch, replaced, repaired within excellent timeframe - ran me back to accommodation & collected me when ready. Cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism and overall level of care & service particularly when you turn up out of the blue & they have to fit your problem in with all their other work. Business of the year in my book, can’t recommend highly enough.

Got a flat tyre on our trip and had to drive on the spare. Was in Tea Gardens for a few days and called another mechanic who said they couldn’t fit me in. So I popped over here to see what could be done. They had my tyre plugged and swapped them over for me in less than half an hour and charged me next to nothing. Thanks heaps guys!

Highly recommended! We were traveling for 3 weeks on our honeymoon and had some issues with our dual battery system. We dropped in first thing on a Monday morning and despite being super busy, Rod and the team… fit us in and diagnosed the problem. They were able to sort a temporary solution AND give good advice about a long term fix. Rod even tied some ‘just married’ balloons to the dash for a laugh. Lovely people and reasonably priced too. We’re considering making the 10hour drive from home to come back and get the rest of the work done here once our holiday is over.
