We booked our camper trailer in for a service at ABCO Coffs Harbour pointing out that we have had ongoing concerns regarding the performance of our electric brakes.
The service team were diligent in their inspection, and clearly identified and rectified the problem with the braking system. In addition, ABCO provided a detailed report on the service undertaken and as recognised agent of the manufacturer assisted us by submitting a claim under warranty.
Overall the service experience was second to none, with easy drop off, friendly and helpful team members and the confidence that the service performed

Ok so i had to put my van in for repairs as the roof was leaking, have only recently bought it second hand in a private sale and Darren and his team have done a great job and were very professional ( I cant say the same for myself at times as i was upset that it leaked ) Anyway i have had numerous phone calls with Darren who has explained it all to me and i cant thank them all enough - great team to deal with and very professional and personal and i actually think they care about individual jobs.

Thank you for looking after our van yesterday at short notice.
I gave the brakes a fair workout yesterday after leaving your workshop. When we arrived at the CVP at Sawtell all brake drums were about equal low temperatures to the touch.

We had an issue with our hot water in our campervan. These guys squeezed us in to their busy schedule to give us some wisdom about a direction to take. They weren't trying to sell their product. They simply wanted to help me make a wise decision.

Just like to say what an amazing business Abco Caravans are. They had my van for 2 weeks to fix multiple issues from new and were just amazing to deal with. Jacki from the warranty department was just fantastic, she was so friendly and helpful and kept me up to date during the whole process. They told me it would be 2 weeks and to their word it was exactly 2 weeks. The work man ship was just amazing and professional, can not recommend this business any higher. Truly a fantastic company to deal with. Thank you Abco Caravans.
