Bought ABSCO 30302GECOK 3X3X3.1 shed, encountered many issues, holes don`t match, holes not punched or extra holes not in desired location. Some panels were not easy to orientate. The gable caps were short failed to cover the ridge cap, had to ask a neighbour to fashion a tin plate to bridge the gap. putting the second part of roof was challenging and laborious.

Purchased a 3m x 1.5m shed from Bunnings and decided to tackle this myself without any hired help. Initially had some issues with holes not lining up and couldn't figure out a few of the available instructions. After contacting the supplier who talked me through the processes very patiently I was able to get the shed up and anchored. Really impressed with the customer service!

Delays, Delays , Delays
Shed ordered through Absco marketing company Simply Sheds they no longer have a review site and constantly blamed Absco that's why I am leaving this review on here.
Ordered and paid (In Full )for shed and framing kit with an accepted quoted lead time of 3 weeks. Now 3 MONTHS down the track and have only received half of the shipment and freight company can not tell me when other box is due. Customer service is overseas based, promise you everything and deliver nothing. Have requested phone call from Management twice and promised response but no phone call. Customer service

Very satisfied with my new Premier garden shed, both practically and in terms of quality for money. The app was easy to use, and customer service was fantastic when I required some clarification of an instruction - I have very limited experience in shed building so it was great to receive such willing and helpful support.
