Where we offer Osteopathic, Naturopathic and Massage treatments for your optimum health and vitality. Holistic medicine is a term used to describe therapies that attempt to treat the patient as a whole person. That is, instead of treating an illness, as in orthodox allopathy, holistic medicine looks at an individual's overall physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional wellbeing before recommending treatment.
A practitioner with a holistic approach treats the symptoms of illness as well as looking for the underlying cause of the illness and in the body's system.

Sport is a great way to keep fit and strive in life. The demand on the body wether you are a dedicated athlete or just a keen amateur could lead to injury. Reduced joint or muscle flexibility will affect your performance and may result in injury. Signs, such as persistence of pain or muscle stiffness after sport activities, difficulties to recover from training, are an expression of the body that he is compensating.
Osteopaths will carefully select the most appropriate treatment to assure the safety and comfort of you and your growing baby. The aim of osteopaths is to make the birth safe and natural for you and your baby, using gentle, safe and gentle techniques, osteopathy supports the healthy growth and development of your baby in the womb, and after birth.
Injuries at work account for the thousands of working days a year lost in Australia. Osteopathy can successfully treat many of the common problems resulting from work strain. Debilitating conditions due to injury at work can result in disorders of the muscles, tendons and joints, particularly in the back, neck, hands and arms.
Osteopaths take a different view! Yes, age does play a part in the wear and tear process, but it doesn't mean that nothing can be done about it. Nobody can reverse the effects of age, but osteopaths can help by improving movement, easing stiffness and loosening muscles, all helping the body in its ability to compensate for the changes.
The only times you will need a referral are if you wish to consult an Osteopath under Medicare's Enhanced primary care program, . Otherwise you can simply contact an Osteopath directly. With the federal government initiative under Medicare Plus, patients with chronic conditions may be referred by their GP for osteopathic treatment under a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan.

I came to see Serge with my newborn as I had a breastfeeding issue concerning how she latched on. After first session I saw changes after second she was completely fixed. Amazing!!! In the duration of my visit I explained that I have a 2 year old that has not slept a full nights sleep so we organised a session for her... Now anyone that knows me… knows my little one has night terrors, screams and just was a terrible sleeper since birth... I was beginning to lose hope and becoming very frustrated. After one session with Serge my daughter has slept thru the night, EVERY NIGHT, and loves to

Serge was absolutely fantastic with my son! He just screamed non stop and by the time he was 5 weeks old I was beside myself. We had 3 visits with serge and now at 10 weeks my son sleeps between 7.5 and 9.5… hours every night! We don't have any creaming matches anymore. And this has been for a few weeks already! Can not recommend him enough! Thanks again
