We had a problem with our Toyota Fortuner, due to a problem with our Pedders shocks. Jake was really helpful with assisting us with this difficult situation, when Pedders were closed for Xmas. He rectified the problem and dealt with Pedders Head Office with regard to the payment. He followed up by giving Pedders a full rundown of what Toyota did and what needed to be done for a a comprehensive repair. We are very appreciative of his efforts.

Again another (mostly) easy changeover of our car, we needed something with more space in the back and they recommended a Volkswagon Wagon which has been great since we got it. Simone in finance is brilliant. Sorted out our finance quickly. However on picking up the car one of the key batteries was dead (and the other was very low) and we were due to get a call about replacements and never did. Only blemish on what has been a good experience over 3 car purchases.

Just purchased another Hilux to add to our team at Breezerite. As always a Dwyers Toyota Bairnsdale was extremely easy to deal with, best deal by far and delivered everything as discussed. Thanks Dwyers , you serviced our Daughters car last week over $600 . may i add car had no problems till you got it . Now she has been stranded with 2 small children 8 times with a car that wont start . your response ... we might be able to have a look , sometime today or monday , o and it will cost you more !!!!! Needed a new car quickly after an accident (old car was written off). Anthony (Cappa) went out of his way to find us the vehicle we wanted, even drove it down to my work so I could see it. Simone organised finance with us over the phone gaining all the approvals required so we could just walk in, sign documents and drive away. This is the second car we have bought from Dwyers and both times I could not fault their team. Great service.

After getting the run around from city dealers I put a call out to a regional dealer in 2015. Dwyers gave me an excellent price for a new vehicle and a great trade also. I've just gone back to Dwyers again for another vehicle and received the same customer service and great deal. Kudos to the Sales Manager, Mick Ross, for his superior customer service - it's a breath of fresh air to deal with someone who keeps you up to date and returns phone calls. Karen also looked after me regarding post sale extras. Keep up the great work folks!

I purchased a new car off Trent and was very impressed with his knowledge. He was able to explain things about cars to me in a way I understood. Being a female purchaser, I was always worried about buying a car without knowing much. Trent talked me through the whole process and didn't pressure me into anything. He was honest and trustworthy and I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Thank you Trent.
On a side note, Simone in finance knows her stuff! She offered different loan options and was able to get me into the car I wanted at the price I wanted.
