After putting up with months of mucking around with my former solicitor, you brought me closure with your straight-forward advice. I do appreciate your help and let's face it, without the expense, I would be still floundering and putting up with my ex's actions. Your expertise is the thing that brought me freedom and that is priceless.

Once again, grateful for your attention to detail and continued explanation of the legal process to me. The kindness, understanding, compassion & empathy you continue to demonstrate has brought tears to my eyes! Thank you for all your hard work for me, I really appreciated your approach as well as your advice.

When doctors graduate from university, they have to complete a practical training component of their qualification before being able to independently practise. If they want to practise in certain areas, for example, oncology or obstetrics, they have to undergo extra training and gain extra qualifications in order to be able to do so.

In 1997 he commenced his own practice, and in 2005 he founded the firm, Andrew Warren Associates. In 2009 he became the first solicitor on the far south coast of New South Wales to be appointed by the Law Society of NSW as an Accredited Specialist in Family Law.
Separating from your spouse or partner is seldom easy. In addition to the emotional upheaval there are practical aspects to consider. Ironically, the time that a clear head is most needed is the time that emotions run high and balance is difficult to find. It is a good idea to get proper legal advice as soon as possible.
Many people think they have to get divorced before sorting out arrangements with respect to their money. This is incorrect, and in fact can be dangerous. In fact, most people sort out their financial split (a "property settlement") before they get divorced. Almost always, if I represent you in a divorce application, you do not have to go to court, whether you have children or not.
When your children were born, both you and your partner assumed equal shared parental responsibility for them by operation of the law. What this means is that both you and your partner have the same rights to make decisions about the long-term interests of your children, for example, where they live, where they go to school, what religion they are, and whether they have medical treatment.
